We accept cash, checks, Faster Payment System (FPS), and bank transfer payments. However, if paying by check, our company requires one banking day for the funds to clear before arranging for the remittance.

If the remittance amount is HKD 8,000 or above, or if the cash exchange amount is HKD 120,000 or above, customers must present valid identification documents for registration as required by law.

Under normal circumstances, the recipient will receive the funds within an hour, except in special cases.

Each customer only needs to register in person at the store once.
Required documents:
Personal customers: Identification documents and a copy of a recent proof of address (within the last three months)
Company customers: Business registration certificate, company registration certificate, directors, shareholders, authorization letter, and identification documents and proof of address for the authorized person.

If the store has the currency in stock, it can be collected immediately. If not, a deposit must be made before 12:00 noon, and the currency can be collected after 5:00 pm on the same day.

The exchange rate is adjusted based on the supply and demand needs of the 24-hour foreign exchange market for that currency.

There is no handling fee for exchanging any currency, and there is no minimum exchange amount.

Our company uses the latest high-recognition currency detectors from Japan, which are also commonly used by banks.

Depending on the amount of foreign currency, a minimum deposit of HKD 500 is required.
